Here's Whatcha Need:

• Clear nail polish
• Pink nail polish
• Red nail polish
• Yellow nail polish
• Nontoxic, fine glitter (available at craft stores)
• Small nail-sized gems (available at drugstores)
• Small nail-sized stickers (available at drugstores)
• Old newspaper
• Toothpicks

Here's How to Do It:

1. Cover your table with newspaper. This could get messy, so ask a grown-up to help apply the polish and designs.
2. Apply two coats of pink or red polish to each nail. Let each coat dry.
3. Decide which designs you will add to your painted nails. Pick just one or mix 'n match a few.
• Sassy stripes! Dip a toothpick into the red polish. Carefully apply 2 to 3 stripes of red polish across each nail. Let dry.
• Summery flowers! Using a toothpick, apply a dot of yellow polish to the center of each nail. Use another toothpick to apply red or white dots in a circle around each yellow center. Let dry.
• Sparkly gems 'n stickers! Dab a dot of clear polish on the back of each stick-on and place 'em on your nails. Let dry. Apply a topcoat of clear polish to each nail. Let dry.
• Glitzy glitter! Add a coat of clear polish to one nail. Sprinkle glitter onto the wet polish. Do the same for each nail. Let dry. Wipe away any extra glitter on your fingers. Apply a topcoat of clear polish to keep the glitter in place. Let dry.
4. Repeat the same design on your toes!
5. Now you're stylin' and smilin' with a cheery new look!
